We often work with farms to assist them in selecting flower varieties and with factories to create and develop unique products. We strive to utilize technology to improve our business. Since 1994 we have operated with a computer system that provides real-time inventory levels for all cut flowers including flowers that will not arrive in Fall River until a future date. This system has enabled us to drastically reduce backorders and to sell product not yet on hand with confidence that the order will be filled correctly. And we strive to provide the highest level of service through our experienced sales staff and timely, efficient delivery system.
